Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
This collection is very relaxing and put together well. However, as with all these subliminal suggestions, it's hard to detect any real benefit as a result of listening to it. I have listened many times, and so far I don't feel a bit younger. But, who knows, maybe I'm just not very receptive to these kinds of things. It does make a good relaxation collection, though.
Would you ever listen to anything by Subliminal Hypnosis again?
Yes, I would give some a try, but I wouldn't spend my life's savings on them, or anything like that.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
Didn't hear any narration. . . . . It was subliminal, remember? LOL
