A Work In Progress
Give it time. Hynosis can be very subtle. I found each night I listened to be a different experience. Sometimes deep in trance (but not often), and sometimes struggling to quiet my mind. Go with it. It is the results in your relationships that you're looking for, and I feel those have improved.
