I would change how the chapters end…they end too suddenly.

Yes, way better. I would have second thoughts about buying any more. I don't think the performance is great.

Description states affirmations are used once you get into relaxed state. Not a single word is spoken in the entire book!!

I love how can let myself drift off to sleep

I love how I can drift off to sleep with these. They are as something to focus on as well as simple background in a too quiet space. I find these to be a nice transition point from monkey mind to calm mind.
