A man out of time. A woman bound by duty. A love that defies the centuries.

Gabe Thorne has always been fascinated by history, but he never expected to live it. When a visit to the past turns into something more, he finds himself drawn to Maggie Murphy, a fiercely independent innkeeper with a sharp wit and a guarded heart. But when circumstances pull Maggie into Gabe’s modern world, she faces an impossible choice—embrace a future she never imagined or return to the life she’s always known.

As past and present collide, Gabe and Maggie must navigate a love complicated by time itself. Can Maggie truly find happiness in a world so different from her own, or will love prove timeless enough to overcome the greatest divide?

If you adore heartfelt time-travel romance with captivating characters, emotional depth, and a touch of humor, Destined Across Time will sweep you away on an unforgettable journey.

I enjoyed the links between times and the way book 2 followed book 1 so close

Book 2… This one is about the brother who is missing his sister who chose to stay back in colonial times. As he goes to see her to get her to come visit him with her new husband… They bring along someone else so you know that this is going to be a matchmaking game… It was just way too convenient and her instant frustration with anything she didn’t grasp really got on my nerves. Like is she a freaking toddler?

The narrator’s characterization of the female MC’s were not that good and with there being so many dialogue exchanges between the female characters… it’s just … meh.

I don’t know. I’m just not a fan of everything being so absolutely convenient. You came here and I never noticed you before, but all of a sudden I am in love with you and want to marry you… It’s just so ridiculously cheesy

I won’t finish anything in this series.
