Book Ten of the Ragnarok Rising Saga

De: D.A. Roberts

Narrado por: Virtual Voice

The city of Springfield is burning, a funeral pyre for both friends and enemies, alike. It is here that the Einherjar will fulfill their destinies. The blood-soaked streets will bear witness to the battles that will become legendary for generations to come. Chaos will reign as faction battles faction for the fate of the world. Now, both Einherjar and Hrimthurssar must work together to battle a common threat. Just as the Frost Giants have emerged again into the world of men, so now have the Eldjötnar. The Fire Giants have come to destroy them all. Can Wylie and the others survive the coming battle and bring Ragnarok to an end before all that they fought for is lost? Everything that Wylie has faced since the dead began to rise has brought him to this. Now he must face the wrath of the architect of Ragnarok; the God of Mischief, himself. Loki the Trickster. Mankind’s final chapter will be written in blood of heroes. Desolation awaits. The Twilight of the Gods is here. RAGNAROK is NOW.

This was addictive. I will be lost without more episodes to listen to.

Absolutely enthralling series. I listen to them all within a week. Roberts’ writing is so easy to consume that you get lost in it. It feels natural. I found out about him from his Bigfoot hunters series and stayed away from this because the subject matter did not interest me. I also noticed the alliteration regarding the Wylie as the Christ figure being tortured and sacrificed ultimately to save the world. As well as Loki playing the part of the one of the fallen angels. Very subtly done. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

great story!

an epic conclusion to an epic series!!! Can't recommend the whole series enough!!! will definitely listen more then once!!!
