The Summoner’s Mark series #1. Urban fantasy.
Rebecca, aka Becs, works in a fae bar, waiting for the next piece of trouble to find its way to her. She became a summoner several years ago but after a job went south and she ended up owing a favor to a demon. Now, she helps friend and family where she can while she figures out the hand she holds.

Becs sarcasm and quips had me laughing through this book. Ash is standoffish and secretive and I’m not sure why Becs thinks he’s so hot, but there you go.
Lots of characters to track yes, but they add so much humor and depth to Becs in her interactions. The fairy in the bar, the warlock, the mobsters, the restaurant owners.
Definitely the first in the series.
I look forward to reading more.

🎧the audiobook is performed by Megan Trout and she did a fantastic job with the performance and voices. Definitely worth the time to listen
