This week, Richard Allen’s defence team dropped a 136-page document challenging the warrant that police used to search his house.

But it’s not as boring as it sounds – because the bulk of this filing consists of claims that Abby and Libby were in fact killed by an Odinite, white-suprematist cult. And in doing so the defence team has revealed a lot of new information regarding the crime scene.

In this update, Suruthi digs into what the hell is going on.

I listened to a few podcasts on the Delphi case over the last few days & this one was the absolute worst. The entire time was spent with the host scoffing that the ridiculous claims of the defense, asking where the evidence was & saying they needed to back up their claims, while leaving skipping over the answers to those questions that were in the court filings. Rarely do you find a host that is totally impartial but it’s actually annoying to listen to somebody scoffing at something they either didn’t fully read or deliberately left out. Maybe she got to it at the end, but I didn’t even finish. A childhood friend of mine actually grew up to become a Vinlander who practices Odinism & to see how his views & beliefs have morphed so drastically from the person I once knew gives me no doubt that there are others that would commit heinous crimes in the name of their religion. I would think a true crime host would never rule anything out when it comes to humans. That being said, the story is outrageous & hard to believe. On the other hand, as far as information released to the public, there’s more evidence of this unbelievable cult theory than there is of the person in prison. This one is for people who who believe a person is guilty until proven innocent. I’ll wait for all the evidence before coming to my conclusion.
