Never heard of EFT but it seemed to work for me. I was pretty skeptical because yoga never worked as much as I tried. My thoughts were constantly on a gerbil wheel. I am always into stress beeccause of my exams, but I never tried to do something effective to calm my soul and body. but this book mis great it only doesn't contain 5-minute tappi9ng routine which are easy to follow even in hard day to day routine. the narrator voice feels very calm soft and warm that makes me more connected in stress free. This book deserves five stars. Highly recommended.
