I enjoyed picking up some tips in this book to enable you to sleep better that I have practised already and it's made a difference. This book goes through the pre sleep routine and making sure you're off devices before bed, then making sure you can calm your mind by practicing relaxation techniques. Then if you can't fall back to sleep clearing your mind and slowing everything down so you can fall back to sleep. There's some great tips I think everyone will learn from

Never heard of EFT but it seemed to work for me. I was pretty skeptical because yoga never worked as much as I tried. My thoughts were constantly on a gerbil wheel. I desperately needed to quiet my mind without drugs - or any other unnatural thing. The author's explanation of moving from overdrive to calm was transformational for me.

The techniques are something you can do immediately. It's in your hands to do it. I wake up a little clearer and ready to go. I'm working on that.
