I wasn’t sure five minutes would make a difference, but this really surprised me. The guided EFT techniques were simple and easy to follow, and somehow they helped quiet my thoughts just enough to finally wind down. It’s not full of fluff, and I appreciated how practical it was. Great to have on hand when I’m staring at the ceiling at 2 AM. Definitely worth trying if sleep feels out of reach some nights.
