Good motivztional book.
Most of the tips in this book and those used by almost every author of organizing and decluttering books that about. However, once you have began this process frustration sets in and you become unable to progress at the speed that many books believe to be the best method. Rather than think a longer more involved book again, the author very calmly goes through basic main processes in a relaxed non judgemental order. She reviews most of the common prac tics, encourages you not to rush or stress, and makes it more appealing to take her ideas, without alot of detail that may not even pertain to your clutter situation, and encourage more thoughtful as apposed to rushing to finish means to complete each project at a pace that is right for you, and acknowledges we do not have to panicked or consider every closet or room at the same time. I enjoy her less than one method for all and same amount of space as another and provides a soothing and well structured yet flexable methods that if the other fifteen books didnt work, you can still have hope in this less stressful way to give it another task. She does not expect protection nor that you will automatically begin to think like a minimalist and never have to worry again, but rather small tips to make your less stressful life begin to become habitual but that this process may take more thoughtfulness rather than fear to keep the job to perhaps s yearly process with much less to do. Thank you for your more attention to individual problem areas that may be more easily faced.

Better options available
If you really want to get your home organized read the magic of tidying - much better options than "always bring a buddy when you go shopping"
