her voice is wonderful for meditation and the material she covers is great
The timing was difficult. I am and seasoned meditator. and it took a bit of effort to keep up with her timing of doubling down on relaxation in the beginning especially dropping in the meditation. letting the day go. I meditate is at the end of the day, and shrugging off the day to drop into a meditation that fast was a little bit of work for me. I can do it because I Am a seasoned meditator but I'm not sure someone new to meditating could do so.
