high-stakes chases, and morally gray characters

This audiobook is a thrilling dive into a world of stolen artifacts, high-stakes chases, and morally gray characters. The plot keeps you hooked with its twists and turns, moving quickly across international settings. The narrator does a great job bringing the characters to life, though at times their pacing can feel a bit rushed during action-packed moments. While the story is gripping, it occasionally leans on familiar tropes, and some characters could have been developed further. Still, it’s an entertaining listen, especially for fans of fast-paced mysteries with a touch of real-world intrigue.

Could stand some editing. I liked the focus on the object, much more than the Mickey Judge parts.

What a fun ride

John is accurately descriptive in this fun ride through the eyes of media, international intrigue and desire. A wonderful masterpiece of storytelling.
