more of an introduction to a book than a book

Author does a good job at explaining what visualization is but no further. There are no guided meditations, no methods to use, only an introduction to the principles practice to the laws of attraction, or another positive thinking book. If you are good at meditation already it might be beneficial.

Terrible- don’t waste your money

This book left me w nightmares—- people fighting to get into a building…?

Awful

I seldom give negative reviews but this program is absurd. The author knows nothing about proper induction techniques and reinforces negative programming. The actual topic is so weirdly presented that it made me extremely tense and I found no relevance to the title subject. Weird and awful. The chapter on creative visualization was useless and out of place. I listened to this program an hour ago and still can’t shake the creepy feeling it gave me. Yuck.

Waste of time

The narrator speaks through her nose. The content is depressing and makes things worse. For example she say do not think of deadlines and papers piling...etc , it is like saying do not think of a pink elephant. All you will be thinking is the stressful thought that you forgot or want to forget temporary to relaxed. I will not recommend this book for anyone even if it is free. Your time is not cheap, and you deserve better.

Don't waste your time or money!

I bought this book thinking it was a visualization on working with Toxic people. As a therapist I am always looking for books I can recommend to my clients. This was instead a book on how visualizations work and full of lists on what to do to create your own. None of which I found in the least helpful or original. To add insult to injury I could not get my money back from Audible for this waste of time and money.
