From a new beginning to scaling an established business, this book provides tools and resources (including a lot of Freebies) at every step.

Paul commands the need for precision, strategy and a servant's heart.

This book shows you how to take daily routines and make them business opportunities. From how to speak with sellers, making offers and following up, Paul is adamant about continuously sharpening your skills. I loved his quote of "Consistency beats intensity".

Paul provides hilarious comparisons, antidotes and straight out jokes.
The juxtaposition of light hearted humor with the seriousness of stressing the urgency of consistent performance, kept me captivated.

I think my favorite quote was "The last thing you want do is compare apples to spaceships" 😂

Suggestions of Comping properties sold within 14 days as opposed to 3 months was a game changer.

Paul guides you through the process of how to become a Comping Machine. He teaches you how to operate on a level of precision. He embodies the habit of discipline and demonstrates how it will prepare you to become the ultimate professional. He challenges you to boost and cement your credibility.

A real treat was the fact that he goes in-depth with little, to practically uknown Marketing strategies to get the job done.
