The widow gets taken hostage. So do a bunch of soldiers. Now, Scratch and Bo are going after missing gold and a band of vicious killers in the heart of a winter storm.

Deadwood Gulch

This is book five about Bo and Scratch. I like how they work together and there good friends and don't try to outdo the other. In this book there guarding gold again. They seem to do that alot. This is a easy book to follow and is full of suspense and a good story. There is a good fight at the end. There is plenty of gunplay.
