Fantastic Narration!!!

The narration was splendid. So many voices and characters. Even listening to the recipes at the end was interesting!!! I will definitely be looking for more books from this author and narrator.

Quite an entertaining tale of two young ladies who know what they want, just have to cross over a few minor stumbling blocks to reach those goals.

Gripping

I loved the inflection in the narrators voice.
I actually felt like I could see the characters really got into the story it was a short quick read which was just what I needed I was out working on finishing up a bed runner and it was perfect to listen to this while I was doing my task I highly recommend this can’t wait to read another book by this author.

A Treat of a Read

A witty and entertaining beginning to this Coffee Shop Mystery series. Kim Bretton's accomplished narration adds an extra sparkle to this cosy mystery as she deftly gives voices to the many colourful and exuberant characters created by Sarah Jane Weldon. A fast moving plot and a suitably dramatic conclusion make this book a real treat for any cosy mystery enthusiast. Bonus points for the amusing glossary and the recipes at the end of the book.

Great Book

This is my first book by Sara Jane Weldon! The story line is amazing. Lots of twists and turns. Loved the characters! So many possibilities of a murderer. I didn’t have a clue until the end. Very surprising! I will read more of her books! Kim Bretton entertained with her many character voices, especially loved the police officer!

SO BLOODY FUNNY!

I found myself laughing out loud at this witty and fantastic tale. An homage to Agatha Christie, had me and my 12 year old son enthralled from the start. I think Kim Bretton's narration took this to a whole new level and I was blown away by her comic timing, command of suspense and ACCENTS!! I highly recommend this delightful book to old and young listeners alike.

Entertaining Pastry Chefs Mystery

This book was an entertaining story with lots of pastries, jealousy and it kept me guessing until the end. The narration was well done and the editing was professional. This is my first book by Sara Jane Weldon and I was impressed. I'll definitely be reading and/or listening to more of her books.
