From the start till the end I could not put it down. Each word a cliffhanger.

Couldn't Put It Down

I enjoyed the entire series. As an over the road truck driver, I need 14 hours of SOMETHING to make the time pass quicker & this series did just that. Even after driving almost 700 miles straight through, I was upset I couldn't just keep going. Kate Rudd is my absolute FAVORITE narrator so I gave this series a chance because of her and I'm so happy I did.. ENJOY!!

Editor didn’t do a good job

I really liked the first book a lot and was looking forward to continuing on with story in the next book. The second book began to feel like the story was being dragged out. By the third book I was annoyed. Aidan kept getting more powerful and unable to utilize his powers fully. Too many demon scenes. By the last 4 hours of the book, I began skipping through. It was hard to buy Aidan’s failings, his continued naivitae, and then how easily he killed Ava at the end. Should have been two books. Instead of leaving feeling like it was a great series, I am disappointed. I just wanted it to be over already so I could find out how it ended. The editor should have done a better job of tightening up the story.

best voice acting

it definitely has a lot of ups and downs where the story doesn't go they way you hope. but, it was worth the read a very entertaining tale. definitely took me away to another time and adventure. thank you

Wonderful Story

Great book and series really recommend this to anyone that would love a great mysterious and creative story.

Kept waiting for them to get a grip on their powers

Just finished reading the 3rd book for people with power they were not very smart when it can to using it and protecting themselves I have to agree a lot of wining,immaturity and stupidity.

Well thought out

Start with the first in this trilogy and then find yourself not being able to set it aside until the last book. I loved this series and the people in it. The author made you think about life and our own choices good and bad which you find out maybe are not bad at all just what was to be because even in those God still has a plan. Loved it. Thank you for writing it.

always scared

Entering story, but you would think by the end of the third book the characters wouldn't be frozen in fear.
