Why not more reviews?

This world is fascinating!!! There is a bit of heat, lots of sexual tension, and the plot is very good. I don't know why more people haven't listened to these books! This is book 2 by the way but it could be read without the first one.

Imagine being a 25 year old woman who is the daughter of the ruler, for her own protection she's been sent away to live and grow at the age of 10. She doesn't know much about life but she's sort of content with her drawings and her animal friends in the forest. That is until her grandmother tells her in the middle of the night that she has to break a warrior, an enemy of her people, out of jail. She does what she is told, she always does, and everything was going according to plan...that is until he tells her she's not going anywhere, her father is the head of the people who killed his wife and child and she will PAY!

Awesome story, great world, fascinating little supernatural gifts and quirks. So why didn't I give it a 5 star review. *sigh* the authors choice in words for sexual things was kind of hokey. The words "member" and "her heat" were used a bit too much. When I role my eyes a star gets taken away, but still the world fascinated me. I would buy this book even at full price. Loved it!
