Right when it was getting good, it ended. They were going through the motions of life. Then they met....

Waste of 5 hours

I don’t know what was worse the virtual reader or the plot because what even was the plot? I can’t tell if I missed it because the reader was so bad or if the plot has so many holes in it that it might as well be Swiss cheese. And thank god for the dying character at the end if I had to sit through one more “spicy” scene between those two I was going to hurl. I’m an avid spicey book reader but I couldn’t toast a piece of bread with the heat between those characters. Sorry author but do yourself a favor and never let virtual read a book of yours again because this series has a DNR on it now for me! And audible don’t keep virtually narrating books it’s just awful
