insightful and inspiring
A great read about a global circum-navigation and the trials and lessons encountered as Sarah bikes, rows and kayaks around the globe...literally. I enjoyed this book ; the honesty about her depression was so refreshing - people just dont often hear of great strong people having issues with depression. A wonderful narration as well. Highly recommend
