Annabelle Stevens, recent college graduate, is the only child of Delmar Stevens, multi-billionaire owner of Stevens Oil, Inc., and his wife, Rosemarie. Annabelle is learning the business down in accounting when the feds show up, arrest her father, his top attorney, and a genius consultant on charges of conspiracy to build a weapon of mass destruction based on fracking technology and capable of generating earthquakes or volcanoes at chosen places around the world.
