As a former professional dominatrix, tattoo artist Tandy Beaumont is used to meeting interesting people, although she isn't sure that "interesting" is how she'd describe the young woman who drunkenly stumbles into Artful Ink demanding a tattoo commemorating the ex who dumped her.
