This is the second volume in a five volume series: DARKOUT The Jules Verne III, a deep sea research facility located at the bottom of the Mariana Trench was not meant to be self-contained. It did not bother the residents that the sun went out - it is dark down there anyway. It did bother them that their umbilical to the surface, to emergency aid, coffee beans, and TP was gone.
