Bad Narration. Confusing Story. Very Disappointed

The synopsis makes you think this is going to be a good book. If only the person who wrote the synopsis wrote the book...

The best thing about the narration is that it isn't AI. Or hard to determine AI. (The voices and inflection change.)
The writing style -- I wouldn't be surprised if this was written by AI. Pacing is slow and nonsensical. I definitely wouldn't consider this Cyberpunk. This may be someone else's cup of tea but not mine.
