solid and enjoyable audiobook!

Crystal Creek has a nice ring to it, don't ya think?? Sounds like a beautiful and peaceful place to have a weekend away, but Crystal Creek is anything but picturesque or relaxing.

The town isn't at all what it seems, and the people there? Well,  that's a whole other mess.  There are strange things happening,  people are going missing, rumors of a Bigfoot.... get prepared to go on a ride where up becomes down and no one and nothing is quite what it seemed.

This novel blends multiple horror, supernatural, and thriller tropes to create a story that's bound to have you repeatedly saying, "What the hell just happened?"

As someone who loves mysteries and thrillers but also loves the gore and superstitions found in horror, I was in for a treat!!! This novel could easily satiate a wide range of readers!


This book took me for one hell of a wild ride! William Malmborg has been on my radar for quite some time, and I was quite pleased with my first experience.His name will definitely be an instant add to my GR lists going forward! Also, if you get the opportunity to check this title out in audio format, jump at the chance! Jeremy Basko is a phenomenal narrator! Smooth and clear speaking voice with excellent expression of emotion,  he definitely helped me immerse myself into the story.
