If every teen would listen to this book, it would be such a game-changer! This book is well written and has plenty of practical tools to help teenagers manage peer pressure as well as dealing with other common teen problems. This book could definitely be a foundational lesson for all teens. The author does not speak over the teens or sound like they're speaking to a child. I love that this is an audiobook! This way you don't have to force teens who don't wanna read to read. They could just have it playing in the background and hopefully gain valuable information that could change how they manage life's difficulties at this age! I highly recommend getting it for your teen!

This didn’t feel like a boring lecture—it actually helped me figure out how to think for myself. The parts about spotting fake news and handling pressure from friends were especially helpful. I listened on a long drive and found myself pausing just to take notes. It’s clear, honest, and way more useful than anything I’ve heard in school. Definitely something every teen should check out.

I got this for my teenager, and I'm so glad I did. It's tough to talk about things like peer pressure and online safety without it turning into a lecture. This audiobook presented the ideas in a way that actually connected with him. He's started thinking more before he acts and even brought up some of the points himself. It feels like he has better tools to handle the pressures of being a teen today, which gives me some peace of mind.

My daughter and I both liked how this gave clear, simple ways to make decisions without feeling rushed or pressured. She’s in high school, so a lot of her choices right now revolve around friends, schoolwork, and future plans. As someone who values reasoning and evidence over just going along with beliefs or trends, it’s been refreshing to see her question things more. I’ve noticed she’s not as quick to just go along with her friends if something doesn’t sit right with her. Highly recommend.
