Acerca de esta escucha
When we get angry, upset, or someone does something we don't like, or we feel disadvantaged, we process that information in our mind. It is the only place where we can "come to terms" with what we have experienced, whatever it is.
Our levels or degrees of intelligence play a vital part in how we think and look at life. Ghandi said that "forgiveness was not something the lower classes or the uneducated could do", and by and large it appears to be true.
Stupid people (and they exist) can never see others' points of view. Some religions, like Islam, seek revenge in some form or other; there's always an excuse. The real test of life is how you progress and enjoy life. Enjoying life is solely in your domain; it lies nowhere else.
Anger in the mind and building up scenarios and ficticious monsters shows how really pathetic we can get at times and proves nothing more than our own short sightedness.
This download is for those who have problems coming to terms with residual anger, which in reality they choose not to dissipate into the ether but harbour with, as if it were some kind of accediditation and validation as to what happened. It's not. You have just let yourself down, if that is how you think.
