Excellent and Resourceful

I really learned a lot listening to this audiobook. I have never been a gym person. I have a bit of a germ phobia, and I don't care how often they wipe those machines down...I still wonder.... Perhaps the best thing about this audiobook is that it comes with a free downloadable PDF, so if I ever wanted to quickly go back and review something, it is super easy to find in the PDF. The exercises in the book are great, and I love that I can do that home without the germ of a gym or the extra expense of a ton of home equipment or a personal trainer. Most importantly for me is the part on nutrition, they really helped me to focus on the importance of feeding my doy the fuel it needs, and not give into the emotional sweet cravings I get.

Learn strength training

Helpful audiobook to introduce you to strength training if you're a beginner or deepen your knowledge if you're familiar. The PDF guide was a nice accompaniment to the audiobook, with detailed breakdowns of the correct form for various exercises very helpful for me to read and hear. It discusses why essential form is so critical, and you learn about the differences in all sorts of fitness approaches so you can find what's best for you and ensure you do it properly and safely.

What every women needs!

I recently listened to a book that provided me with invaluable information on how to train women using bodyweight exercises. As a new personal trainer, my clients have been asking me for advice on how to exercise at home or outdoors when they can't go to the gym. I was thoroughly impressed by the wealth of content this book has to offer. It taught me a lot - from comprehensive tutorials on body weight, strength, and calisthenics to working out around the menstrual cycle. Additionally, the book provided nutrition advice specifically tailored for women, which has given me essential knowledge to use when planning future diet plans. Overall, an comprehensive all-in-one book for womens health and fitness.

Comprehensive and structured!

I just love that this one book packs everything in! Not just the exercises that are easy to follow with either illustration or details on how to do them, but it starts off with the basic information for you to understand why you are doing what you are doing and how it helps. Personally that basis itself and the way it is explained is motivating. The sections on nutrition and mental fitness were also great, and key to the comprehensive nature of this book. Highly recommend this book if you are looking for that one book with everything you need!

Get The Body You Want!

This was just the book I needed. I had been wanting to get started in strength training but didn't know where to start. I'm so glad I came across this book because it was like having a personal trainer explain everything to me step by step, right here at home! I loved that it included explanations about how to design workouts and how to rotate exercises, as well as including workout routines and how many reps to do, etc. It is designed for both the beginner and someone who has more experience working out. You'll find just the right level of difficulty and will learn so much, too! I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to get fit through strength training and working out!

Overall, a very very informative book that can help you to stay fit.
