Choices

This story is about choices. Do I choose the man who makes my heart race? Or do I chose the one who shares my soul? This is the choice Kitty's heart has to make. First of all, the only time Robert ever showed interest in her was when he had time for her. The real test comes with the ranch on fire, and Luke is the one that is by Kitty's side. He is the one taking on the task of making sure she is all right. It seemed to me that Robert was more concerned like the other ranch hands of saving the ranch and running with the herd when the time came. I don't think that the author really let her character make the choice. The story is excellent and the action is hard hitting. You are right there in the middle of the fire with all the chaos that is going on around you. I think the author could have done better with Kitty's love life.

This is a sweet, clean, western historical fiction set in 1885. There is plenty of action, adventure, suspense and a bit of romance will keep the listener on the edge

of their seat, wondering what was going to happen next!!! Quite an exciting tale.




The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed by: Cecilia Bax.

Sweet but repetitive romance

This is a short and sweet romance. The author reminded us time and again that Kitty had lost her best friend and love interest when he got married MANY, many times.

Cecelia Bax' narration is solid.

Overall this story gets 3.5 stars. I liked it a lot in the narration was very good.
