Ever since the 1950s, through its heyday of the '70s & '80s, the Spanish Costas and Islands have been synonymous with figures from the British Underworld.

Some on the run, some just for sun and fun, Spain has been magnetic to British criminals.

No longer only a place for gangsters to retire and relax, it was only a matter of time before they invested millions in ill-gotten games in spain to the only thing they know. Crime!

Some of the biggest names in British crime have lived in the 'Costa Del Crime, 'Godfather of London Freedie Foreman, Great Train robber Charlie Wilson, Brinks Mat brothers John & Ronnie Knight. M25 Murderer Kenny Noye, and 'Goldfinger' John Palmer to name but a few.
