Easily digestible understanding of astrology, moon cycles, and integrated health.

I loved this book! After reading it I have a better understanding of astrology in general. It was very easy to digest the information with the supporting stories to help articulate the feelings and emotions in relationship with the planets.

I also really enjoyed the integrated health focus, I feel like this book is so timely necessary as it empowers us to understand the subtle energies that persuade our decisions.

I learned to love narration, but I will note that the sample recording from the author is different than the narrator who proceeds to read the book in it’s entirety. The author closes as well.
