Average Joe zombie apocalypse

This book was fun!! Regular mom and dad wake up to the zombie apocalypse and kick butt. I loved it! The characters were fun, the story was great, the pacing moved well and was engaging. Worth a listen for sure!!

I loved this story!

Lots of action. Pulls one right in to the story. Lots of character building even though it was such a quick read/listen. I was invested in the story immediately. The narrator actually was very good, she’s new to me but was the right fit for the story.
This was my first zombie story and I wasn’t sure how I’d like it. I loved it, looking forward to more. I would definitely recommend to friends.

What A Ride!

Going into this book I didn't know what to expect. It was full of twist, turns and surprises. To be honest this story is a bit terrifying what started it all. I'm looking forward to see what happens in the next book. Job well done.

Relatable and Investable Characters

The author did a great job of giving us relatable characters that can we can get invested in. At one point I actually yelled out loud oh no not….(I won’t spoil it). It was a false alarm….this time. I enjoyed the disbelief and reference to current zombie pop culture . The narrator choice was perfect! Enjoy!

Best zombie movie I have listened to.

This book is funny, and super entertaining. I would recommend this book to anyone. I don't like zombie books or movies, but I loved this book so much. I can't wait for the next book.

Amazing story line!

Great read/listen! Author does a great job pulling you into the story line and the lives of the characters. You truly start rooting for and against the heroes and villains in the story. Can't wait to give book 2 and 3 a listen!
