Practical

I just finished the book and have not applied what I learned yet. But this evangelism tool is practical where I can see how I can use it with different people in my life.

Refreshing to hear the true message of salvation!

Totally agree with authors about the watered-down and inaccurate message of salvation in these modern times. So appreciate the witnessing tips and advice! I will listen to this again.

Kirk & Ray hit the target.

If you struggle with sharing the gospel for lack of experience, this is worth a read or listen. If you are seasoned with experience, this work will bring reinforcements and more.

Very Helpful

I can’t tell you how much living waters ministry has helped to encourage me to get out of my shell. This was a great book to boost my confidence to fulfill the great commission. I downloaded every comfort zone episode on podcast and almost finished everyone of them. I just downloaded season 1 of on the box. This past Halloween was the first one my family and I handed out gospel tracts. I now carry gospel tracts with me at work and hand them out. I even bought some Spanish ones to hand out to many of the people I see on my route even though I do not speak Spanish. I recently gave a tracts to a guy on my route that is gay. I’ve talk to many times, prayed and even gave him a Bible. It’s been over 3 1/2 years and and nothing has changed. I gave him a cell phone tracts and two weeks later he approach me in my garbage truck and said after reading it that the Holy Spirit did something to his heart. He said he was tearing up just talking to me about it and he would tell me more later because he felt like crying right there. Praise God! Thank you Ray EZ Kirk and everyone part of living waters.

Challenging

It’s hard to hear the truth because it convicts you and shines a light on where you’re falling short. The authors share truth and do so in love from a Christian perspective. Since we’re all going to die one day, it’s important to have an explanation of the consequences of our actions in this life and the ramifications of our actions in the afterlife. Thanks for the wake up call gentlemen.

I thought I was saved until I read this

This book will definitely get multiple listens, and I don't like reading/listening to something more than once. Ray Comfort has something really extraordinary to share here. In 2 years of believing I was a born again, saved Christian and faithful church and small groups attendee I never really heard the gospel led with the law as the mirror to expose the depth of my sin and depravity. I never really understood or even considered the totality of my need for a savior. Every pastor and elder I had met had just assumed that I was saved because I asked Jesus into my heart. I thank God that He led me to this book so I could discover that I thought I was saved when really I wasn't. It exposed for me major errors I made when I attempted to witness to others in the past. I'm reading the Bible now with new vigor, joy, and understanding thanks to God and His brave warrior, Ray Comfort.

Practical, biblical evangelism

This is a vital resource for anyone who desires to be a faithful witness of Jesus Christ. This work covers practical approaches to seek and to save that which is lost. I found the section on "testing yourself to see if you are in the faith" eye opening. I pray that the Church would thoughtfully and prayerfully consider whether its evangelism methods are truly biblical or not. Christ Jesus is our hope - may we all repent and seek His will and ways daily!

Inspirational and practical

great book to motivate and give you practical skills to share the Good News of Jesus to a lost and dying world

Good

Good book to understand how to share faith and what the goals should be. It was at times hard to know who was speaking; Kirk or Ray.

Great book but...

This is a wonderful book for those, like me, who have been called to spread the word of God to others. A great way to help a person like myself, who suffers from severe anxiety. But, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!" And this book is a great idea from Ray and Kirk for so many ideas as I begin my journey.

What I really struggled with as I listened through, was that it was very unclear as to who I was listening to during different parts of the book. While I had assumed that I was listening to Ray, I would hear it say, "Kirk Cameron" at the end of a chapter, which caught me off guard. So was I listening to Kirk or Ray? It was never clear.

It would be so much easier while listening to a book by two or more authors in audible if there were two distinct voices, and it were made clear as to who is speaking prior to the change in author.
