Jada Evelyn Rogers is a dedicated wife, hard working woman, and mother of two boys. Her life is turned upside down when her husband, Marcus cheats on her for the second time. She has long since carried the household. He blames the infidelity on her constant grind. When Jada’s hard work finally begins to pay off, Marcus begins to see how dynamic his wife truly is. Terry James had a hard life. He was abused, homeless, and at one point was ready to give up on life. He joined the Navy where he learned discipline. Upon discharge he goes from a GED to a Ph.D. He excels in his professional career only to find out that few women on his level can fill the void in his life. That is, until he meets Jada. There is only one problem; Jada is married. The more he learns about her the more he wants her. He struggles with the fact that he desperately wants another man’s wife.

A great read with a wonderful message without being cheesy. I love the story would’ve rather heard it Mary by a person instead of the computer, but the great literary art translated.

Keep me in tune I love how Jayda knew her worth and the life she deserved and was able to move on to better things . Book gave me an insight on women who stay with men for stability.
