refreshing relationship reset

This was gifted to me and listened to this hoping for something light but meaningful, and it really delivered. My partner and I have been using it little by little, and it’s helped us communicate more clearly and kindly. Nothing too heavy, just focused on listening better and being more intentional with each other. I learned from the author's story that I would rather be happy than be knowledgeable. One example I could share is that if we want happiness, we must seek it by involving ourselves in listening and letting go of things that do not matter. Do I want to be right or do I want to be happy? It's a choice between my partner and me. Great audiobook.
