Cold Blooded
This is the second story about Jess Casey. This is a good series. There is a lot of action in this book. Jess tries to do what's right but his hands are tied. Fifty some of the worst has been released from prison in hells half acre. The town councils are for it and Jess knows what's really going on. They have evil intentions. It's up to Jess to stop it even though the town officials are fighting him. This is a movie in your mind style of book with several narrators.(Dramatized).
