This series has continued to get better and better. For whatever reason, these latest entries and the books after this have all moved to a shorter length, more like a series of novellas. What makes things so interesting is that even at the shorter length, the stories are still just as intense and filled with non stop action.

In this book, we follow Charlie Cooper as he is tasked with discovering and/or recovering a relatively new asset to Group Fifteen who has been either taken or killed by another State sponsor - possibly the Russians.

Before long, things get complicated and there is a twist that I did not see coming.

I'm having fun flying through these books and am eager to catch up on any that I have missed.
