Clean Eating for Beginners. This is the first time I've ever heard of eating "clean", I assumed it was basically eating healthy. The questions are answered in the audiobook like does eating clean matter, do you have to exercise, and what makes it clean in the first place which is probably the biggest one. It's also for beginners so they try to make it as easy and simple as possible to transition into an eating style like this.

This is a great resource that presents helpful strategies and a plan to implement them in an approoachable way. I think that's incredibly important when looking at opportunities to change habits. Bridget also discusses important perspectives that empower and benefit the journey and reaching whatever goals you may have. This is invaluable because any strategy is useless without implementation. I also love the many ways available to "win" and be successful. Overall, there are a lot of nuggets here and you don't need to implement everything 1000%. You just need to start somewhere, one thing at a time.
