Good information-
The material is quite informative and helpful, but I couldn’t get past the emotionless virtual voice on a subject so important. I have been listening/watching Sandy’s podcast/YouTube for a while. She is calm, empathetic, sweet and humorous, so listening to this voice and not Sandy’s sweet voice, felt too “matter of fact” to me.
