Grieving father David Cross lives alone in a small, silent town — haunted by the disappearance of his eight-year-old daughter, Lily. Every night, he falls asleep to the soft hiss of static from her old analog television, the only sound that fills the emptiness she left behind.

When he tries to trace the strange broadcast, he discovers an abandoned network that once aired psychic “search signals” meant to locate missing children. The project was shut down decades ago — but someone, or something, has turned it back on.

Now, every time the transmission plays, another child in town disappears.
