After eight years inside a Russian prison, Jason Bale was now starting to settle down to a normal life in Los Angeles. He had planned to sell his property and move away to Tahoe and buy a log cabin and then retire to a life away from the city.
However, Jason was quickly drawn into what would have become one of biggest terrorist attacks in American history.
Terrorists that were backed by the Russians were going to launch an attack on a nuclear power plant, there aim was to turn it into a large dirty bomb that would make Los Angeles an unliveable dust bowl, but they had one problem, one man would stand in there way, that was Jason Bale.
Jason Bale was quickly recruited back into the CIA specialist anti-terror department wen he himself discovered some kind of plot in Los Angeles, and now with all the training and experience that he gained over his years he was now on the trail of the terror group who were going to make the attack.
This is the story of Charlie Two Alpha the CIA call sign for their Counter Terror Agency based in the United States.
