I listened to this book on Audible while i painted pictures on canvas. It was very soothing and calming.

Because I’m only a few years younger than Tina, I appreciated her outlook on growing older and being optimistic about our future. Stay interested and social, take care of your health. Don’t dwell on the past…keep building your future!

Great inspiration for 2021

What a great way to start a new year. Changing Shoes should be required reading for every woman over 50. Yes, I can live the life I have always wanted - just make sure you have the right shoes.

One of the best things that happened last year was meeting Tina Sloan. I followed some of the same paths running marathons, traveling on adventures to distant lands with my best friend and having the courage to make a change when you get in a rut.

What I learned and my 2021 list of to do’s:
Throw out any old tired shoes which have dirt from the past
Buy one fabulous new pair of shoes
Give away my short, skimpy dresses and invest in a few elegant grown up outfits

Stop complaining - life is really pretty good
Say thank you to all those people who have inspired and helped me along the way
Go for a walk with Tina!
