Interesting Story

This is the first book in the Saving Me Duet. Abby and Logan's story is complex, emotional, and passionate, filled with drama, humor, tension, suspense, and twists and turns. The story ends with a cliffhanger. Freya Victoria did a good job bringing this story to life. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Good Start

I enjoyed this story about Logan and Abby, it pulled me in and had me hooked from the beginning to the cliffhanger ending but as it's the first book in a duet a cliffhanger was expected. The story is one about instant attraction and to a degree obsession and it had no difficulty holding my attention.

Logan couldn't get Abbey out of his mind even though he knew he should but the instant attraction he felt was too strong to deni even though it was unprofessional. Lots of unexpected twists and turns as we follow along and watch everything get even more complicated as their ex-spouses are still in the picture.

I can't wait to know what happens next, I'm sure there is a lot more drama in store for these two.

The narration by Freya Victoria is excellent, brought the story to life so well.

Cliffhanger...

I am not saying that this isn't decent enough, but it wasn't great. The narration seemed a bit flat to me. I think if I go for the second half of this one, I'll go for the book rather than audio.

This is the first book in the Saving Me Duet series and does end in a cliffhanger. It is heart breaking story of second chance love for two strangers that their lives interconnect. There are many twists and turns in the story.

Logan and Abby

Book 1 of the Saving Me Duet. The story is well written, and characters are identifiable. I love that they are real people, with real people problems. I found my emotions swinging quite a bit as the story unfolds. It has an underlying humor, which I appreciate. Plenty of twists and romantic suspense. The narration is well done. Chance Encounter by Toni Goode is a great story of unrequited love. Freya Victoria did a great job on the narration. Abby is a house wife who hardly sees her husband. But a chance encounter with a fireman named Logan will change everything. Both have their own problems. The chemistry between the two is electric. Will Abby leave her husband for Logan? very moving second Chance type of book

Chance Encounter is an emotional book that will keep you hanging on until the end. Logan and Abby are both complex individuals who connect and build a relationship. This book is filled with humor, suspense, sadness, lots of twists, and romantic tension. There are several different plot lines intertwined in this book, which helped build the suspense. This book ends on a cliffhanger, and I am looking forward to reading the next one to see how Logan and Abby fix their relationship.
