GREAT for seniors!!

This book is so inspiring. If every senior did this every day for 15 minutes, they wouldn't feel like seniors. Even people in wheelchairs should try this. I plan to recommend this book to people I know in nursing homes who are activity directors. I believe it could help so many people. Thank you for this book.

The 50 essential poses are perfect!

As I have aged I have realized my body needs a bit gentler exercise program. This book is a treasure trove of low-impact exercises that will augment my swimming pool exercise program.

The 50 Essential Poses are perfect for my needs. Each one is simple yet effective. I know I am building my core strength as I see the changes every day. It is easier to carry the groceries into the house, My balence is significantly improved, and I know this because 18 months ago I broke my femur. I work on balance every day. My iphone tells me how i am improving- from 25% steadiness to 58%. That is a major improvement.

I actually bought the book in February but waited to use it until after I finished all rehab. I knew I needed something to keep me on target to raise that balance percentage up and this is the audiobook that is helping me do just that.

The 50 essential poses have really helpled me in this journey to balance and wellness.

Well worth the time to listen to and gets great results!

Perfect for Anyone Wanting to Feel Better

I picked this up for my husband, who’s getting close to 60 and has been looking for something low-impact to help him stay active, but without the pressure or intensity of traditional workouts. He’s not a yoga mat and incense kind of guy, so I wasn’t sure what he’d think… but he’s actually really enjoying this. There are no complicated poses, no crazy flexibility required, just simple, doable movements he can follow right from his chair. And it's not just physical stretches either. The book blends breathing exercises, mindfulness, and even a little bit of gentle reflection that seems to really click with him. He’s mentioned feeling less stiff in the mornings and more relaxed overall. Plus, the sessions are short, so it’s easy to stay consistent without feeling like it’s a chore. I highly recommend this if you are feeling stiff, not feeling great and need something to feel better.

Tons of excellent information in this one.

I have aging parents, and I often help them with things. I wanted to be able to help them with their physical fitness as well, so I downloaded this. There are def parts I'm going to play for them, but I'm also going to show them a few of the techniques I've learned. This will also help ME in the long run. Glad I found this one.

Great gift for my mother-in-law

I got this for my mother-in-law because she’s been looking for something gentle to help with her mobility. She’s not into gyms or intense workouts, so this felt like a good fit.
