Great story to continue an awesome series!

It is not often that you get the story from the monster point of view. Story gives you the underdog side of things and quickly has you routing for the team!

Octagonal droppings?

It was a fun listen. You could also tell it was written by someone who has seen some things that shouldn’t be seen. Not necessarily as a soldier, but someone who’s been in ugly places nevertheless.

There is a faint echo of Cordwainer Smith and I mean that in the most complementary fashion.

Great story

Kelly is showing off both his talent for sardonic humor and his excellent storytelling skills. It's absolutely worth your time, do recommend.
This is the first time that I've listened to one of these AI narrated stories. I don't like it as much as a human narrator, but it's better than no narration.

Entertaining story

I found the story entertaining. A nice light action story. But the AI narration SUCKS. Emphasis in really weird places, breaking sentences up into incomplete phrases, treating questions like statements... The list goes on. Absolutely horrible.
