P.G. Wodehouse, the master of British humor, produced dozens of books and hundreds of short stories in his long and prolific career. But none of his creations has quite captured the world's imagination as much as his bumbling, empty-headed man-about-town Bertie Wooster and Bertie's faithful knight-in-shining-tuxedo Jeeves.

Collected here are some of Wodehouse's most beloved Jeeves-and-Wooster tales - 10 short stories from the anthology Carry On, Jeeves as well as the novel The Inimitable Jeeves - each a master class in comedic writing. Along with Jeeves and Bertie, we are introduced to an entire cast of beloved Wodehouse characters: Bingo Little, James "Corky" Corcoran, Gussie Fink-Nottle, Honoria Glossop, Rockmetteller Todd, and the terrifying and bombastic Aunt Agatha. This collection even contains the one-and-only Wodehouse short story narrated by Jeeves himself.

These two collections are presented here in their original and unabridged form.

By takes a bit to get used to I mean the audio of the first book. The recording of that book is rather tinny and it wasn’t until I got the idea of thinking of it as an old time radio show that I could settle down to enjoy the stories.

There’re a couple of missing parts towards the end of “Clustering around old Bingo” I think it was titled that, while not a good thing, didn’t actually detract from the story.

The 2nd book sounds much better than the 1st and the narrator seemed to settle down into his characters and enjoy himself.

If you enjoy clean comic fiction that’ll make you laugh on your commute you would do well to order this collection.

Enjoy your day.

Takes a bit to get used to but it’s worth it in the end.

I really enjoyed this double header. Wodehouse's Jeeves series are awesome and I love that you don't have to read them in any order, though I recommend The Inimitable Jeeves should be the first. The fact that the narrator was American didn't bother me at all, in fact, I thought he was great! I laughed out loud! Looking for more by this narrator, especially more Jeeves!

Love! Love! Love! ... and laughs
