Hands down the best audiobook about Carlos Lehder! The length is just right, and the narration is fantastic.

Detail and Accuracy

Absolutely gripping from start to finish. The story of Carlos Lehder and the Medellín Cartel is told with incredible detail and accuracy. I’ve read plenty on Escobar, but this book really shines a light on Lehder’s role and influence. Couldn’t stop listening.

I’ve read about Escobar and the Medellín Cartel before, but this audiobook gave me an entirely new perspective. Lehder’s life is wild—politics, smuggling, Norman’s Cay… I was hooked from beginning to end.

It's an excellent book with a fantastic story and fantastic narration. The Medellin cartel stories never stop fascinating me.

What I loved most is how this book explained the bigger picture—how Lehder’s smuggling empire connected Colombia, the Bahamas, and the U.S. It’s packed with information, but never boring. I’d listen again just to catch the details I missed the first time.
