Sanity-Saving & Supportive
As someone juggling work, family, and now caregiving, this book honestly felt like a lifeline. It’s real, practical, and doesn’t sugarcoat the emotional rollercoaster. I really appreciated the gentle tone—it made me feel seen, not judged. Definitely worth a listen if you're in the thick of it.

Compassionate, practical, and great for caregivers
This audiobook felt like a lifeline. Claire Alden speaks with so much empathy and understanding—it was like she knew exactly what I was going through. The chapters on balancing caregiving with work and family responsibilities were especially helpful, and the tips on avoiding burnout felt like they were written just for me. I also appreciated the clear advice on legal and financial planning, which is often so overwhelming. Whether you're just starting to care for aging parents or have been in the role for a while, this guide offers real tools, emotional support, and most importantly—hope. Highly recommend for anyone who feels like they’re juggling too much and just wants to breathe again.

Well laid out plan for caring for aging parents.
This book was well thought out and laid out in easy to listen to chapters. Starting with self-care and time management moving into more advance topics of caring for aging parents, navigating the healthcare system and the tough topic of what to do as the end nears dealing with grief, hospice care, etc. The narrators voice was a calming listen and I would recommend this book to anyone getting ready or already caring for their aging parents.

A Supportive Guide for Caregivers
This audiobook is a reassuring and practical guide to caregiving. It showed me how to manage responsibilities without feeling completely overwhelmed. The advice on balancing work, family, and personal well-being was especially helpful, offering concrete strategies instead of general encouragement. I liked the self care and burnout chapters, which usually get skipped over. It's a great tool for anyone caring for elderly parents, either starting out or already well established.
