Joining us at Audible Studios is British comedian, actress, podcaster and writer, Cariad Lloyd.
Lloyd is well known for her comedy, regularly appearing on panel shows such as QI, Would I Lie To You and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, and acting in Give Out Girls and Peep Show among many others. She is prolific in her radio work, including The Cariad Radio Show, and Here Be Dragons. Lloyd is now equally well known for her conversations on grief, beginning with her award-winning podcast, Griefcast, and following with a BBC Radio 4 programme, What Have We Learned About Grief? And now, You Are Not Alone, Lloyd's first book, which shares her experiences of death at a young age, and how we deal (or don't) with grief.
We will be chatting to Cariad Lloyd about the death of her dad when she was 15, why it took her many years to start processing her grief, and how grief is different for every person.
