Megan has opened a pop-up bakery Megan's Cupcakes for the Festival with dreams on one day starting her own bakeshop.

Jake Hansen is the nephew of the owners of Holly's Diner right across the street from Megan's Cupcakes. He graduated from culinary school and is helping out his Uncle at the Diner while dreaming of opening his own restaurant in Mistletoe Bay.

Sean McCleary is the new Fire Chief and recently has moved from New York City to Mistletoe Bay. Sandy Robertson is the owner of Candy Cane Cottage and Sean's high school sweetheart.

Sweet Story with Good Holiday Vibes

A Hallmark movie in book form -- and that's not a bad thing! Lots of Christmas fun, ticks all the boxes. Just what I was looking for in a heart-warming holiday read. I took off one star because a good editor is needed for grammar and other minor details. The narrator is a Virtual Voice, which was too bad. AI still cant distinguish between "tie a bow" and "take a bow," and tenses in words like "read" and "lead." Inflection and feeling are sorely missing. Hopefully this title will be successful enough to be redone with a live narrator that the story deserves.
