Tommy Edwards loves comic books. It’s all he thinks about. All he dreams about. Good versus evil, saving the world, humans versus monsters, that sort of thing. Every free second of his day is spent reading from his giant comic book collection. Not only does he read them, but he also loves to create his own.

One day Tommy accidentally discovers a new comic book store in town. It just appeared out of nowhere, and he has to check it out. Some of the selection he already knows, but most he has never seen before. He even finds a special set of colored pencils that the store owner insists will help bring his drawings to life.

As Tommy uses the pencils to create his new comic books, he starts to notice strange things around town. New buildings that look oddly familiar. Even news stories that are highly unusual. Tommy starts to wonder if the store owner’s saying was more than just that. Is he imagining things, or are his drawings actually coming to life? Find out, in Superheroes United.
